Andhra Pradesh (AP) Police Department has issued a new notification for the recruitment of Home Guards in various areas. The detail notification no.719 has been issued by the AP Police on 24th April, 2013. There are total 457 (Four Hundred Fifty Seven) vacancies open in category A and category B.

Age Limit: The candidates should have minimum 18 years of age and not exceeding 50 years of age to apply for the Home Guard vacancies in AP Police.

Qualification: The candidates who would like to apply for the posts comes under category A must have cleared SSC and qualification for category B is 7th passed. The candidates must have valid LMB license who are going to apply for category B posts.

Procedure to apply: The candidates who are eligible for the posts and wants to apply should submit application form as per the format given by the AP police to the address from 29th April, 2013 to 15th May, 2013.
